Born in Moscow in 1970. In 1994, graduated from GITIS (Russian Academy of Theater Arts), Theater Studies Faculty, Theater Studies, and Theater Producing Department.

Since the early 1990s, worked as a journalist, wrote on culture and contemporary art for InterMedia, such publications as OM (1996-2000), Glamour, Harper’s Bazaar, Tatler, Numero, sites such as Snob.ru, Interview.ru, as well as for the Tretyakov Gallery project Lavrus.

As the head of the CCA Winzavod, Fedorovskaya realized the importance of communicating with the art community and various audience groups, establishing Marfedor Bureau. The agency allowed her to collaborate with numerous art institutions, galleries, and museums as a press agent and promotion consultant.

Since 2016, works as a curator. Her first exhibition Scary Tale at GROUND Peschanaya (2017-2018) was built around the idea of uniting objects and sculptures within the project through the text of a fairytale.

Since 2012, cooperates with Bosco di Ciliegi as a guest editor. Since 2015, was working with Igor Kazakov on the special project Contemporary Art on the Covers of Boscomagazine: over four years, a total of 16 issues of the magazine were published with covers created by famous Russian artists. In April 2019, participated in launching the GUM-Red-Line Gallery. Curator of One Family, the first large-scale exhibition of contemporary art on Line 1 of GUM. AES+F, Vladimir Dubossarsky, Oleg Kulik, Konstantin Zvezdochetov, Aidan Salakhova, Pavel Pepperstein, Semen Faibisovich, Gosha Ostretsov, Georgy Totibadze, Alexander Vinogradov, Andrey Bartenev, Irina Korina, Sergey Bratkov, Tanya Pioniker, Bella Levikova participated in the project. In the summer of 2019, curated the preview exhibition of the 5th Ural Industrial Biennale together with Svetlana Usoltseva and biennale commissioner Alisa Prudnikova.

Curator of the group exhibitions The Art of Perfection (CCA Winzavod, 2019, with MoskvichMag), Free Off, as well as exhibitions of artists and curators from the 2018-2019 course of the Free Workshops Contemporary Art Schools at MMOMA (CCI Fabrika, 2019).

Curator of solo exhibitions by Semen Faibisovich New World (S/S 2020, GUM-Red-Line Gallery); Evgeny Granilshchikov The Circumstances of Insurmountable Time (A/W 2020-21, GUM-Red-Line Gallery, together with Karina Karaeva).
